For 11 years I led programs, events and client experience at a $65M personal development company, which grew from $15M during my time there. I was the first leader of its programs team, which I grew from three people into a 50-person operation across five product divisions, delivering a $25M+ annual event portfolio on a ~$10M operating budget.
